That’s Eleanor Roosevelt and yours truly.
There are so many possibilities for the National Park Senior Pass, I tell young folks they should fast-track to 62. They think I’m joking…
I’ve been doing outdoors stuff for 50+ years. I suppose that ages me, but hey, it means I own the orange-flowered wonder card and I’m hell bent on making the most of it. Sharing, too.
I also have a play-job in the outdoor industry. It keeps me full of it: camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, traveling, planning the next trip.
You, too, can give Eleanor a hug at the Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site in Hyde Park NY. Not up to it? Schmooze with FDR right next to her.
